For the single use regular retail entry price, its on the pricey side given the limited viewing time of 15mins. Ushers do politely coax you along as the 15mins draw down.
If one were a member of Gardens By The Bay(GBTB), that would allow unlimited entry and would make the sign up worth it. Repeat visits would be recommended to check out the views at different times. (A will return at different times, similar to that of Coit tower view in San Francisco)
