Sengkang Floating Wetland

The Sengkang Floating Wetlands is part of the larger Sengkang Riverside Park, with each section having a little something to offer. North of the LRT track at Sengkang Riverside Park is the huge man-made natural filtering wetland (visited but yet to review/document). .

South  of the LRT track is popular with kite flyers and the floating platform connector to Anchor Vale CC (A drive-through McDonalds, eateries and a riverside Bistro too). This evidently  joins up to the coast to coast park connector.

The entire place offers some bio diversity and an iconic view of its massive fruit whilst over the water platform.

A nice scenic park located in the North East of Singapore. The layout is fairly open with public parking and roadside parking readily available. It has a nice mix of biodiversity and iconic structures. There are also many eateries nearby to enjoy an hour or two whilst in the area. Nature is its very own playground here.
ABBAtip:
- Both Northern and Southern parts of the park are connected under the road.
- No playground here and toilets/wash-points weren't located on this walkabout. Nearest would likely be nearby hawker center/bistro and at the Anchorvale CC.
- One of the stop over checkpoints whilst on the coast to coast trail.
