The Iconic Rocket Tower was built in 1969, the same year that NASA's Apollo 11 space mission landed on the moon's lunar surface.

The place is also popular for the picturesque lone standing Casuarina tree.

You might also be interested in Fort Canning Park and a particular spiral staircase which is visual captivating.
Its pretty much a nice straight-ish stretch along the reservoir. Apart from iconic Rocket Tower and picturesque Casurina tree, this pocket section we visited didn't have that much discernible features, unlike Lower Pierce which had a little more unique lookout points.
However, it still was an incredibly enjoyable experience to scale the lookout point and be rewarded with a beautiful panoramic view of the reservoir and random training planes flying overhead.
Carpark B is the nearest to the tower. There's plenty of parking spaces and toilet right at Carpark B. Cater about 1.5-2hrs would be perfect. Its a nice picnic spot too as pictured.
