Singapore - To Do 11April21 (Singapore Chinese Cultural Center - SINGAPO人)

350m from Tanjong Pagar MRT Station

Small but impactful, insightful and interesting. The permanent exhibition at Singapore Chinese Cultural Center kind off mirrors Singapore and is VERY worth while, off the beaten track to explore and enjoy.
*The mandatory plastic gloves are a little bit of a hassle and the RFID tags boarders on Personal Data Protections Act (PDPA) but the more you participate the 'more' you get out of it with a custom stats card for yourself after the tour. Up to you on your level of participation or truthful data.*
*Pretty cool keepsake*
*The RFID tags add to the votes and display the stats. Really fun!*

*which one is the most painful?*
*Respect to every coffee shop uncle/aunty out there*

*Featuring prominent local brands which made a mark in the world.*

Apart from the inconvenience of wearing plastic gloves and boarding invasion of PDPA, this was really interactive, nostalgic, educational and fun! A truly Singaporean exhibition and a must to explore! Free some more! Where to find? It was so much more involving than the curated items in the National Museum of Singapore! Bonus 'attraction' At the SCCC
is their beautiful roof top garden!
(Recommended by the security uncle as we entered.)

Apart from the exhibition spaces, another recommended must stop by place is the roof top garden for a 180 panoramic view of the coast and city sights!

You might also like to show your support and visit Kevin Khoo Bistro for your pre/post attraction meal fix. (Click here for full review, located right beside SCCC) Due to the on going pandemic, Kevin Khoo Bistro offered displaced airline crew job opportunities and a transition point during the still hard hit aviation industry.
