Changi Inter-tidal Exploration

Researching around a bit, Changi Beach Car Park 6 seems to be the best spot to see the most during the Inter-tidal period. Parking and washing points are available at this small parking spot. There's toilet with washing facilities located at the site.

ABBATips
- Arrive 35-45mins before the lowest tide point as published to maximize the day at sea.
- You need Tides at least 0.3-0.4m or lower in order to scope things out.
- Bring along torch lights as the sun sets and if you have  a UV light to enjoy the color of the sea creatures.
Simple sandals or covered toes shoes are sufficient. Remember to be gentle with the aquatic life. Observe and leave nothing else behind but your foot prints.

The place is a shared resource and the community of nature lovers and explorers will usually explore these spots as well. Ask questions and keep your eyes peeled to enjoy this not-so-often opportunity to explore our local wild life.

You maybe interested in an above ground experience that explore mangrove wild life at that Pasir Ris Mangrove Boardwalk.

Sungei Buloh offers more bird watching opportunities and wild life spotting as well.
