Lor Halus Wetland
The Lor Halus wetlands was built in 2011 and was once known for its sewage disposal center and landfill for 30years from 1970-1999. Since its completion, the place has been a sanctuary for relaxing walks whilst aiding in the water treatment process. For a more enriching experience, one might consider to download the self-guided learning trail for Student and Teachers.
There's no designated parking space so its basically free road side parking all the way. Access to the Wetlands are easy from multiple entrances. There are a few sheltered spots to sit down and soak in the tranquility. There's also a washroom near the bridge but its cleanliness is debatable (can be much better as seen in other public parks).

Remember to pack water with you. As its mostly tall grass, there's minimal shade so please remember to stay hydrated and protection from the tropical sun. The wetlands are fantastic and probably for the full immersive learning experience, probably cater a good 1.5-2hours.

Bonus
Remote Control Dirt Racing Track. (Seen here on a Sunday)

Located right at the east entrance to Coney Island, I'd assume a regular hobbyist group which gathers to do some Radio Controlled motor racing which was quite entertaining to catch.
