*Pretty interesting with the 9.90AUD set. You can choose any three and they are in small sampler sizes*
*Add-ons at a reasonable charge as you move down the line*

Garlic butter teriyaki chicken bowl set (comes with drink and soup)
with add on of beef croquette.

*The chicken order is pretty alright. . They had an nice interesting use of white and purple cabbage which rounded the dish. The chicken is a little bit on the dry side and could have used some good char grilling. However together with all the condiments, a simple filling meal. The beef croquette nicely fried and not at all greasy. Preference is to stick to the Beef bowls with egg orders (reviewed below)

Onatam BBQ Wagyu Beef Large Bowl AUD12.90
*A very generous supply of meat that goes fantastic with the warm rice. A winner for sure and the onsen egg, was served cold! The inside weren't runny, but was a nice creamy, half-cooked consistency and was absolutely fantastic to have over/with the hot rice dish. Its a first for myself having cold on-sen egg but it was thumbs up! One of the better one's I've gotten to try. A must order! Everyone was ordering it too*
Takoyaku AUD2.30
*Pretty standard from the fried section, which one can just grab some, and add-on to the dish*
Milk Green Tea AUD2.60
*There is free water on-site but the Milk Green Tea wasn't too bad either. Nice milky flavors, and not overly thick. Its like having a cold Starbarks Matcha Latee but at half the price. This is worth the order!*

I was initially hankering for Naru One's eats, but was swayed to give this try. Definitely no regrets. Its a damn solid recommendation and now my new, alternate joint for quick, good value eats! Its very much like the cheap student eats at Taka Japanese (Perth), only better quality in a nicer environment. This place definitely beats, Makanai, located right outside of Hilton. Walking another 500m or so gets way better eats, and that egg, amazing. Old favorites Sydney Madang and Naru One are located just a block across if you're looking for Korean eats.
Definitely give this place a try for their on-sen eggs, the milk green tea and their other dishes they have to offer! C&G.

900m/13min walk

Mamak has always had a long queue and for their prices of dishes, compared to Singapore, the place is defiantly 2 fold or more (depending on your exchange rate at the time.) However with that said, the constant long queues, like many places, speak for itself by way of its popularity, and continued success. High prices and lousy food should not last very long.
ABBATip:
- The place doesn't serve alcohol and their corkage charge is only AUD2. 7-11 is just across the street, if you're looking for some harder hitting drinks.

*Was it worth the wait? I wouldn't say so. Its definitely in a niftier packaging and packed with much more ingredients. A very filling meal. The curries, dhal and especially sambal blachan (Sambal Blachan isn't that tongue burning spicy) served together with were really good. Probably a great location for those seeking typical eats from back home.*

The rest of their dishes looked pretty good too, and from the clientele as well as people in the queue,a great restaurant to have a taste of good old fashioned Malaysian eats. I'd probably return for their meegoreng and recommended Fish curries another time for variety sake. Good thing is that Meet Fresh for great refreshing/warming Taiwan desserts are located next door.

*Their food served are authentic and flavorful. The beef has nice fat distribution and the
chicken with rempah nicely done as well. An overall filling dish with great flavors from the
different spices. It's a good thing that they have free flow, self-service water on site as it
is satisfyingly spicy. You'll definitely be leaving sweaty and with a redder tongue. *
Mixed Fruit Ice Dessert AUD5
*This crushed ice dessert is really sweet. It seems simple enough to replicate and
