Finally getting to try this famed buffet in a really elegant and beautiful setting. Everything was spot on less the dessert which surprsingly missed the mark. Caveat: Apparently the spread is much better on the weekends but its still a hell of a deal. 

*They offer some great of the menu selections which keeps the buffet dining experience exciting and fresh!*

*Dim Sum were all excellent*

*The smoked beef is amazing.*

*Nice sides with local Indonesian salad to enjoy.*

*Roast duck was excellent with the hoisin sauce. Crispy skin and you choose the pieces you want.*

*Looks pretty but fails to deliver in flavor*.

*Interesting but the ice was not finely shaved enough*

Super worth it and did not disappoint. All the dishes, less the desserts were pretty much home runs and what was most enjoyable were the periodical specials. Small individual portions which were all fantastic to enjoy and great to keep things interesting. 

Don't miss out on giving this place a shot for what you pay would be almost the same as dining in the restaurant at the mall next door.

Nice location with a little play about area. Pretty picturesque with Pinnacle @ Ducton (Click here for views from the park area at the Pinnacle) in the background and Oasia Hotel (Click here for staycation at Oasia) as well. 

The place is most known for cheeses but that kind of fell flat. The winners were the lamb casserole as well as the beef cheek pasta which were a hit with the kids.

Where they were most known for fell kind of flat. The cheese explanation and flavors weren't really there and could have done with dry crackers to go along with. They were however very generous with topping up of condiments to be enjoyed with the various cheeses.

Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie
SG60 special. Adults SGD60+. Children SGD30+

Located right beside Ikea at Alexandra, the Verandah gives picturesque views of the iconic Interlace. A quaint infinity pool together with a really nice bar look out. Great views, not over the top with a nicely curated selection of SG60 special eats.

Maybe at regular retail price, depending on what was offered, the selection lacking the usual raw fish selection maybe a little of a let down. However those into local cuisine and elevated dishes would have very much enjoyed their selection. A small but curated buffet featuring local flavors. Their roast beef however was on the medium side which was a disappointment.

Great views, different location and a quaint setting for celebrations.
