London Film and Comic Convention 2016

The LFCC is one of the large major conventions on going yearly in London. As shared by other con-goer, this is the con where it focuses much more on the collectors as well as meeting of celebrities, as opposed to other major pop culture con, MCM. So if you're one looking to meet up with childhood celebrities, as well as getting some show ground swag, LFCC is the con for you.

The halls are really huge, and getting people in was very efficient as well as convenient. A quick bag check and a scan of per-bought tickets at 21pounds was easy and hassle free. 

The sheltered show grounds are huge and largely divided into two major halls. The main one houses mostly main stream stuff as well as old retro stuff. Whereas the slightly smaller ones the more independent items, featuring artists store. Think Etsy (A creative, online sales website for creators).

The upper stories pretty much house most of the stars. This years flavors focused mainly on Game of Thrones as well as power rangers.

In comparing to SuperNova(Melbourne Click for full write up), LFCC wins by way of swag and merchandise, however Supernova probably edges out by way of showground cosplayers. The standard in LFCC was mind boggling good with many looking very similar to their on-screen counter parts amazing!

Plenty of food options on the show grounds and its nice and spacious. Things ain't that cheap but the art and creativity of the many independent artist make it a fun day out. Check out LFCC for the next con in various locations.

Now all parcels are handled by the Fed Ex office located at the back exit towards OldSiam, Thai Joint.

Pretty much the prices are self explanatory.
No charges so long you show you are crew. They will hold the package and for timings of which they are closed, the hotel staff will have access to retrieve your package.

UPS Business Center Hotel Nikko

Easy and hassle free. Although the store didn't reply to my email, the package was delivered to location. Charges are definitely cheaper than FedEx at Parc 55 and the hotel. After business hours concierge or reception staff are quick and efficient at retrieving your package.

A glance at the tracking number, along with some ID and your package is right before your eyes. Payment for package charges will be paid to them.

  I queried how sticky they were if another person were to collect on behalf of the buyer, they said they were quite okay with it if the collector has the tracking number on their person.

Just send it to the address given with your name, and drop the store an email letting them when you're coming. The address is stated there and collect on arrival. Outside office hours you can also collect from the concierge.

 10% per extra day from the 5th day onwards. E.g. Package pick up USD6. From the 5th day onwards on package arrival, add 0.60USD (10%) and every other day after.

This FedEx office is located diagonally opposite the Old Navy store on Market Street. It accepts ONLY packages sent by FedEx & will keep them for 7 days. This service is FOC, regardless of weight, size & number of your packages.

Out of the hotel turn right hand side and walk straight until you see a large store called bingo washington. Walk down some more till you see a organic supermarket on your left and the restaurant is right opposite the supermarket.
 
Another restaurant in Milan that you might want to visit.. Food was absolutely delicious, portion was big and the price is amazingly reasonable. Most main course of pasta and pizza below 7 euro. Even with the fiorentina beef you see below only cost 20 euro with 700gram of well charcoal grilled meat.

Pizza Napoli consist of anchovy
that gives you a hint of sea. Goes very well with the pizza and not too salty

Fiorentina beef.. Juicy, succulent and well grilled!

7 of us went for the dinner and we had all those plus wine and drinks and cost only 119.50

The Cheapest place to sign up for a Costco Membership is in Seoul Korea. (No posting on that as off yet, but the place is the place to sign up as a 'couple.' 2 memberships for the price of 1 as I was told.

Costco Melbourne is within the free tram zone, hence getting there isn't a problem. Located right where the Ferris wheel is, Costco has Harbor town right beside it for more wholesale shopping and eats.
