Pizzeria Da Cimino
Apparently the thing to sample is the sauteed spinach. And despite how anti-climatic it looked,the serving was tender and without a trace of bitterness yet to be experienced at any zhi char joint.
The portion today just came with some seasoning and a squeeze of
lemon. There is apparently a version with mushroom sauce as well.
This dish is also available from the crew joint in Milan.
Joints 1 and 3 are more upmarket - though No 3 can kill conversations with their provision of free wi-fi.

Pizzeria Da Cimino
Instead of heading straight to
the walking street from the hotel, take a left at the junction facing
the Subway restaurant. Just a short distance away are the Italian crew
joints Pizza Pasta Peppino, Pizzeria Da Cimino and Mario & Lino. Or
just 1,2 and 3...
On this occasion went to No 2. Less formal
atmosphere than the other two and adorned with soccer memorabilia.
The
wood-fired thin crust pizzas were nicely done, as expected from any
Italian joint worth their salt. Add the minced chilies in oil for a bit
of a kick.
