Big hollywood stars Hugh Jackman, Bing Bing and Peter were incredibly nice, and taking their time to meet and greet everyone, taking selfies, giving autographs and mingling with the crowd. Real crowd pleasers to the fans in Singapore.
Understandably, yet unfortunately, by the time Celebs were at the regional winner pit where the cosplayers were re-re-located, celebs were rushed for time to make it on the stage to keep the event moving. Cosplay fans were denied the opportunity to really meet and greet the celebs. Things, I believe would have panned out very much differently for the cosplayers if the Cosplay Pit pictured above went as advertized and planned.

The event, particularly pertaining to the cosplayers at the event was haphazardly handled. Original floor plan of the event as advertised and pictured below.
Cosplayers were originally assigned a designated a spot as indicated above, but upon arrival, the pit was already occupied with Fan Bing Bing fans.
That plan did not materialize and staff didn't return to reactify the problem. Later upon interviewing some of the cosplayers, it was found minutes prior Jackman's arrival, event organizers were directing somewhat aimlessly, cosplayers to move from location to location. Short of doing shuttle runs from end to end of the stage in order to find a place to relocate them. There was much discomfort and difficulty bestowed on the cosers, especially the ladies in high heels and all leather/pleather to shuffle to and fro location, in Singapore weather for that matter. In the end, cosers were put into the regional winners pit which in a way played out a little unfotunately.
