Apparently the dosage for cancer patients is 3 capsules 3 times a day. As for maintenance and to reduce cancer risk, 1 capsule a day should do. The capsules are supposed to increase appetite so moderation is advisable. No reported side effect although some have said it gives an aftertaste of mushrooms.
