This is a special style of pork based ramen. The ordering method is by vending machine whereby you choose the noodles and top up noodles(half or full portion) then add on sea weed, salted egg, extra pork slices, chives, garlic. 

After this you proceed into the restaurant whereby you will sit at a booth by yourself away from the eyes of other patrons. If you are with friends you can lift the separating window and talk with your friend. Here at the booth you will fill in a form where by you choose the thickness of soup, spiciness, firmness of noodles, with special vinegar or not. 

Next you press a call button and hand the tickets from the vending machine to the waitress which you won't see. She will also take the form and repeat your order. At this juncture, you can choose to keep the extra slices of pork and seaweed tickets if you feel like eating it later with your refill or you can just give her everything and she will prepare the food all at once. Then she will pass a small metal plate with the word refill on it to you.

This is for when you are almost done you will press the order button again and she will come. Take the plate and serve you the refill in all its firmness and freshness. Then you continue and finish your very satisfying ramen.

Out of all the ramen I have eaten, I feel that this strikes out the most. Firstly the concept is unique. In a sense you don't even need to talk to the waitress for ordering. According to the explanation on the menu, the idea that the boss wanted was for you to be by yourself and enjoy a good meal of ramen without you even having to talk to anyone. It's a sense of privacy that the owner wants to respect. 

Then there is also the customization of your order from level of firmness of noodles to the spiciness to the thickness of the soup base. It's so customized that every-time you eat, it could be a totally different experience with slight tweak to the order or exactly the the same as it's what you've enjoyed the last time.Of course the Ramen is out of this world.
