This is an odd year. Singapore went into heightened alert once again and as such, Singapore had shifted the nation's birthday celebrations to 21Aug21.

Total route covering five (six if one counts The Cathay from a distance) out of the seven light up points took about 1hour and covered approximately 2km.

Apart from the National Museum honestly the rest lacked luster. Only the National Museum had color projections which really brought the whole place to life. If you only had time to see one of the projections, the National Museum would be it.

Last year's National Gallery 2020 light up was more impressive largely due to its iconic location at the Padang, the Singapore skyline and its impressive scale.

Seemingly an annual event. Will see what changes are made to next year's light up.
