A little aways from anything else, but it is well connected via the train stations which are located around back and in front of the hotel.
- Train 66/16 (aprox 15mins) links you directly to Bonn central station
- Train 16 (Aprox 50mins-1hr) a direct train to Cologne main. KON HBF station
ABBATip: HBF Hauptbahnhof just means the main station.

The hotel offers an excellent spread of cold cuts and pastry in the morning. Germany quality meat patties, herring, smoked salmon and teas greet early risers. Special mentions are their meat patties as well as mixed nuts and fruit preserve rolls.

The hotel's, paid wifi signal strength is lacking though. The water from shower heads come intermittent, hot and cold (may occur if staying high floor and away from the main elevators), and the Air-conditioning cuts out beyond 20degree Celsius set.

ABBATIP:
In most European countries, everything is closed on Sundays, including supermarkets. Only thing open are museums.

On Monday, shops are all open but museums are all closed. Something to note when planning a holiday if activities are centered about these attractions. A useful point to note when planning a holiday.

ICE (Inter-city express) train takes 39mins from Frankfurt to Siegburg Bonn @ 60 one way, blasting largely through tunnels and with little to no scenery.
Click here for ABBA details on where train stops
