*Nice setting with decent coffee. The Pancakes have a almost Thosai like texture and consistency. Its light, airy and went very well with the thin layer of cheese and toppings. Would recommend to share a single order.*

Another option on the list. Great for sharing and if looking for a Thosai like texture and hints of sourdough flavor you can hit Pancakes Amsterdam up.

Also it is located right beside Anne Frank's House. Click here for full write up.
You might also be interested in another very, very popular Pancake joint just up the street. They have a huge variety with some unique savory options as well.. The Pancake Bakery. Fills up pretty quick even as early as 9am.

*Nice complimentary warm bread served with a nice soft butter and really nice olive oil.*
Buffalo Burrata Salad 22

Dry Aged Ribeye €52
Dry Aged NZ Sirloin
€49
*An interesting side. Its really soft but would have been way better if it were warm. Interesting concept, but could have been executed better like how they do it at Stinking Rose (SFO).*

With the crew discount of 20% makes it sort-of worth it. Though its dry-aged, it unfortunately did not pack the deeper flavors often associated with dry-aged. If not for the discount it would have been a larger sore point. We ordered Sirloin which probably due to the aging process, lost most of its fat-cap.

My probable choices next time would still be the rib-eye of any variety and the Picanha with choice of chimichurri and red-wine sauce would be best.
Fairly nice dining experience and of so-so value.

Touted to serve up the best Apple Pies in Amsterdam.

*The ambience is a little dim and not very picturesque.*
Value 4/5
This place serves up largely coffees and toasties. Great for a light morning breakfast without breaking the bank. Toasties were about 4-9Euros in range prices.

Did the Apple Pie deliver?  It did in a different way. Its not like a conventional American Apple Pie. The crust was light and filled filling with loads of apple. The cream worked beautifully with the pie. Pretty good and great for sharing. Would have been better it were served warm.
*Note that the apple pie isn't on the menu but they have it.*
