Cheap and good! Two of the best descriptive combinations. Their soup stocks are pretty standard fare, but where this no frills joint sets itself from the rest is the free flow of sauces and dips at a mere 5RMB.  Les Beauties is very similar to Beijing's XiabuXiabu chain, but better with their sauce ranges.

No frills, good eats that's slightly cheaper than Dollar Shop located opposite carrefour, a more polish eatery across the road. For full works hot pot, the choice would be with the popular Hai Di Lau which has yet to be reviewed. As an alternative along Nanjing road, one could try Ba Shu Long Men (recommended by local friend who prefers the food quality here over Hai Di Lau)

About the same standards and off course best had warm. The tarts are almost half the price as compared to in Hong Kong and still good even after purchasing some to bring home.
