Lombardo's
Ordered on:

Lombardo's Signature Burger
24.99Euro
(Grass-Fed Waygu Beef Patty with Melted English Red Cheddar - Italain Pancetta - Sweet Red Onion  Compote - Signature Burger sauce)

Truffle Burger 15.99Euro
Dutch Grass-Fed Beef Patty with homemade truffle mayo - White Cheddar, Italian pancetta)

El Chapo Cartel Burger (Spicy**) 16.99Euro
(Dutch Grass - Fed Beef Patty topped with melted mozzarella.)

*The best was the best but with the additional costing, does not return equally the  pleasure and eating delight. The 16Euro range patties range were just as juicy and equally enjoyable. Would recommend to stick with those. Personally the most value would be the Truffle burger. The Spicy El Chapo was a little too spicy that it over powers the  tasting to the actual beef patties.*

Damn. . . Quality Burgers. Am not a huge fan of the seeded buns but the meat is absolutely on point and seems necessary to contain the work-of-art burger. Its excellent that they have a fresh salt cracker on the side for personal preferences.

Would definitely return to try out their sandwich selection as well as give the Lamb burgers a try.

It ranks up there with other awesome burgers in my books thus far, together with Burger House (Munich), and Pearl's Deluxe in SFO
Umaimon Chicken Ramen
(recommended by Calvin C)
The place has got cool vibes and serves up a Japanese + Chinese fusion kind of ramen. They've also got rice bowls as well as full vegetarian options and curry as well for a little more variety.

Signature Chicken Ramen
*Its a nice ramen. The soup is a little creamier than what one would be accustomed to and with Chinese vegetables served with. For a more unique chicken ramen experience I'd head to the IG worthy Blue Ramen that delivers on flavor as well at Kipposhi - Blue Ramen (Tokyo) walking distance from Asakusa. *
Mala Buta Miso Ramen
*The star for sure. Not overly spicy and pairs very well with the ramen.
It kinda reminds me of Xi'An famous foods (NYC) but with spice that doesn't blow out your taste buds. Very enjoyable.*
Sides of Edamame and Chicken serving
Yuzu Lemonades and Calpis Mixer

28Euro/Pax Fed 3
Food 3.5/5
Service 3.5/5
Ambience 4/5
Value 3/5

With sides and drinks it does wrack up the bill but just looking for a hearty bowl of ramen its pretty much market prices for a meal in Amsterdam.*

Interesting fusion option which offers vegetarian options and even Japanese curries. Another convenient option located a stone's throw away from the start of walking street. The ma'la would be a return order if in the mood for some spice.
