Tiong Bahru Park, is primarily by its iconic Tilting/Inception train. One of the many more unique playground designs in Singapore.
A nice, quaint park with washroom facilities and water cooler on-site. There's also\ sheltered, sit-down picnic spots too.
The Tilting train playground features lots of slides and the sheltered sand play beneath the train seems to be the main attraction here. The park also has some cactuses to climb and rare to find flying foxes (Jurong Lake Gardens has a beautiful one set up click here for more details.)

Bring beach toys/mats
Car Park is relatively small so parking maybe a bit of an issue.
More sand play and really uniquely design train setup. The tilts add some challenge and dimension to the obstacles . The sand does however make it a little bit slippery on the inclines. Good thing is that there are wash points to clean up over there!
