Ding Te Le features classic Shanghai Dim Sum cuisine. Most iconically would be their fried then steamed soup pork buns.

*Their signature and most enjoyable dish. A hot soupy center amidst the soft dough. Fragrant and still having a crispy base.*
*The drunken chicken flavors were very prominant and it is and amazing cold dish*
*I didn't think that the crab roe xiao long bao was worth it,
but beneath photoed their regular xiao long baos were good. So i'd stick with the standard.*
The good but not great section!
*Quite enjoyable with the shallots oil and flavors. Good noodles to go with the dumplings*
The So-so only orders
*Strange beef curry soup. Uninteresting and unappetizing.*

*The Sze-Chuan hot and spicy soup had no kick at all to it.*
Total 110 and drinks Fed 5adults 2kids.
Food 3/5
Ambinece 3.5/5
Value 4/5
Service 3/5
*Pretty okay with their responsiveness, given that the place is relatively tight on seating. They don't give ginger with the xiao long baos, unless requested which I found to be a little strange.*
This place is definitely value for money if craving for Xiao Long Baos and Shanghai styled fried pork buns. It's way cheaper than Din Tai Fung and I'd say a good value for money place.
