Beach Road Kitchen
(at JW Marriot Hotel
Esplanade Station)

Beach road kitchen is located just outside of the beautiful, and eclectically designed JW Marriot by Philippe Starack, a renowned French designer with various architecture awards.

Enjoy the architecture but stay for the wonderful spread at Beach Road Kitchen. I was surprised that the place hasn't gotten a lot of traction from the more flashy buffets like at Shangrila's the Line or Park Royal on Pickering's Lime or even Ritz Carlton's Colony. This was one of the more quaint, but flavorful packed buffets that was thoroughly enjoyed.

*A beautiful cold section display. You get some interesting offerings with their cheese wheels as well as cold cuts. The olive and tuna dip was particularly unique.*

*Amazing whole baked Barramundi with live cook station. They also offered whole fish for grilling but didn't get to try as there were only 2A and 2C.*
*One of the most stunning dessert displays seen in a refrigerated cool glass cabinet. All of which were spectacular with classic local delights as well as japanese influenced pickings.*
*Mushroom risotto was totally on point! Worthy of its own alacarte order.*
*A great grilled seafood section and am surprised they could squeeze that in a quaint space. The dishes comes with accompanying hot sides as well as delicious spicy dips. Their whole baked barramundi as well as salt baked flower crabs were particularly unique and delicious.*
A really nice surprise as I was there primarily to check out the hotel and enjoy a nice dinner. Beach Road Kitchen offers some really interesting dishes like their salt baked crabs. Their signature pizzas were both on point with a special shout out for the four cheese one. A slightly different international spread that has a few different food preps to be enjoyed in this space. Would definitely return for another meal here sometime in the future and highly recommended.
 Food 4/5
*Excellent variety covering Japanese, international and unique prep styles which are all deserving. Some of their made to order dishes would stand on their own as excellent al-la carte orders.*
Service 4/5
*They provided coloring materials for the young ones and were quick to clear plates as well as keeping glasses filled*
Ambience 4/5
Value 4/5

Small, quaint but packing a huge punch with their options and quality of dishes. Worth exploring the grounds and having a meal here!
