Its an interesting garden but am not sure if its a full on working garden for the restaurants in the area. Open Farm Community at Dempsey has a similar concept.
 
We wouldn't call it a must visit, but if wanting some open air and view points of the city, its a nice to drop by if already at Funan IT mall. The place probably showcases planting concepts and inspires green thumbs what can be grown in Singapore's warm tropical climate. A great use of either wise plain rooftop space.
 Interestingly they have futsal as well.
