Hokkaido Tsuya Hime Buta to Tan Shabu ¥3580/pax
The soup bases were really interesting. The milk base soup gave the meat a somewhat softer and creamier texture. The bonito one was fairly straight forward. There's also option for Spicy, Sukiyaki, Seaweed and something else.
The additional premium cuts of pork, beef and cows tongue for the Hokkaido were really enjoyable. Far more flavor packed than the regular cuts of pork and beef. You basically get what you pay for. Free flow of choice of meats within your category and the range of small side dishes and vegetables. For drinkers, they have an all-you- can-drink alcohol offer at ¥1500 and an option for soft drinks only as well.
Selections are wide enough to offer variety of quality to suit one’s budget. Their additional sides are perfectly small serving sized, suitable for single diners as well.
Some standout sides were the truffle oil roast beef and the fluffy baked potato with preserved squid.

On-Yasai is a fantastic place to have a fulfilling meal and especially so on a cold day. Entry buffet starts at ¥2980++. Sadly dessert is not free flow, so you can only choose one of the options listed.
