A must
have. Michelin recommended Goose Joint, located nearest to Central Station exit
D2.
ABBATip:
- People
assume that the best part of the goose are the drums, where in fact it is the
chest area that's the best. You can request for that cut as we did for an
additional HKD2.
- Specify
what cut of roast pork you may want. Fatty, lean or half and half.

*Ong's
must eat goose fix. Glistening, fragrant skin and definitely gets two thumbs
way up!
I was aching for more goose actually.*

Milk Tea HKD16
*A
contender to King's Cuisine roast pork. An equal playing field, or even better.
Price wise is about the same. Today's selected cut was half fat and half lean.*
No
contention or complaints here. Great goose at reasonable prices. The
roast pork standard was a pleasant addition and as mentioned a contender toKing Cusine's Roast pork! As a guide, the market rate for a whole goose from a
famous stall goes for about 500HKD.

Yat Lok fantastic place for Roast Goose and BBQ meat and wonton
mee on a budget, approx 4-5 mins walk from its bigger more expensive
brother Yung Kee. Closes a little after 930pm though so go early or be
prepared to get take-away. Great place for a pre party dinner as its
located in LKF itself.
