*A light crispy and fluffy pastry, encompasses a sweet marinated pork interior thats not soggy. Solid appetizer to start the meal.*
Beef Tripe Bowl Mix
*Thumbs up if you're a fan. Comes with the beef briskest, tripe and even blood cubes. The sauce/soup base was full flavored, not overly thick and was sweetened with the addition of white radish.*
Phoenix Claws(Chicken Feet) & stewed pork
*Chicken feet were more like chicken drumlets! The largest, portioned chicken feet I've seen. A good, value order. Their stewed pork was superbly tender and delectable.*
Char Siew Chee Cheong Fun
*Definately to standard without having too thick a rice flour coating and sauce slightly sweet and not
overtly salty.*

*An order comes with two lotus leaf packets with a descent serving of filling. Freshly steamed is always the best. Thumbs up.*

Located in China Town amongst a myriad of Asian Cuisine options, West Lake is a relatively, reasonably-priced Dim Sum joint which serves up decently-good dim sum till late. The place has a comfortable dining environment, with adequate seating both upstairs and down. The push carts start rolling out when customers start rolling in.

*Standard farie. There's only so much lenghty description one can give for run of the meal eats. They are large, man sized-portions though.

Its
wall of celebrity pictures and accolades aren't just for show. The
place delivers both on flavor and value for money, largely attributed to their
larger portioned Dim Sum servings.
It may not be that much cheaper than back in Singapore, but quality may beat or at least match some of the better Dim Sum Joints similarly priced.
