A rapidly popular app that is catching on in Asia. Paktor (loosely translated 'to go on a date') allow users to go on blind dates.
Facebook account is needed for login and interface is simple enough. You like the partner that you maybe interested in based on profile picture, and subsequently if they 'like' you back, an open chat channel is available to you. Settings allows for a casting range of meters to Km.
